We offer both free and paid subscriptions for Nold Cloud. With the free package, you can access the same features on the Cloud website just like in the application. With a paid subscription, you'll gain more functions tailored for access control and management, like activity feeds, batch user management, advanced restrictions and more. See the comparison below:

How much does the premium plan costs?

The premium plan starts at 10EUR / month (or 100EUR annually). We determine the subscription cost based on the number of access points, guests and devices you need. Please contact us first describing your use-case and we will get you a quote to get started.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Our payment processor is Braintree.

How do I update my credit card information?

The account owner can update payment details from the Billing page.

Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?

Yes, for non-profits, startups and educational institutions. Please send us an email with your details and we'll get you squared away.

I received an error while finishing my payment.

For whatever reason, we were unable to charge the credit card you have on file or there was a timeout issue with the payment provider. First, try to refresh the page and add your payment informations again, making sure that your billing name is the same as on your credit card and give it another go. If you're still having trouble, send us a quick email and we'll get it sorted. If your payment is declined by your bank or credit card institution, you will need to contact them to find out why.

How much do I save on an annual subscription?

By signing up for an annual subscription, you'll get 2 free months.
